Summary: I was on the top floor and the room had a funky smell and it wasn't possible to open the windows to air out. The bed was ok, but the hotel is in need of an update.

Summary: Room was very small. The laminate flooring was coming up in our room. I kept tripping on it. Refrigerator did not work. The air conditioning was very limited. Very few plugs and no usb plugs.

Summary: First impressions are lasting. U fortunately, the first impression as we exited the elevator onto the third floor was bad because there was a disgusting smell that was akin to a mix of garbage and weed even though smoking is not allowed. The walls are thin as I was awakened by my neighbors early the following morning. There was also a cigarette burn on my sheets. There was no protein offered with the free breakfast - just waffles, bagels, or yogurt. They also did not read my special instructions that I left when I booked the room that asked them to remove feather pillows from the room due to my husband’s allergies.

Summary: This place is a dump. We stayed here in March and thought we would give it a second chance. (That trip we had a room with roaches swarming the bathroom) However, this trip was no better. The building is run down, stains are all over the walls, sheets, and floors. The elevator was filthy with spilled fluids not only on the floor but in the doors as well. The window seat in the was filthy and filled with dead bugs. There were also carcusses in the window. There were no towels in the room. When I asked for some I was treated like I was lying when I said there was none in the room. The clerk told me, "that cannot be." I let the young lady know it was in fact true. She came back with 2 towels when I had 4 guest. There was a note on the juice machine for breakfast stating, "Apple," and "Orange." Both contained only water. When we were checking a housekeeper came out yelling at us "No!"Very rude, and very uncalled for. There should have been a sign depicting there was no juice left instead of yelling at your guest. Truthfully, what I cannot get over is the sheer filth of the place. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Summary: The beds were comfortable and room appeared clean. Was full breakfast fare as advertised. The room was not properly stocked: only 1 washcloth, coffee pot & coffee but no cups or creamer/sugar packets. No cups in bathroom. The biggest problem was bugs in the room. We had service dog with us in room (on first floor). We put his food down and within 15 min it was covered in bugs; also bugs coming up from drain in sink. They appeared to come from under baseboards (??). They gave us another first floor room, thankfully no bugs, but also no washcloths, cups, etc. I realize this is FL where bugs outnumber people by a zillion to one, but I think the hotel should be aware of that and have regular preventative service to keep bugs at bay.
